Regular Items
All full-price purchases made on chicdressesshop.com may be eligible for a refund when returned in accordance with our policy.
Items must meet the following conditions:
- Returned in their original, unused condition
- All original tags must remain attached
- Free from any signs of wear, including stains, odors, or markings
All return and exchange requests must be submitted through our official return portal on chicdressesshop.com. Returns that are not initiated through this process may not be accepted.
Each order must be returned separately using the appropriate return method assigned to that order.
Swimwear – Store Credit Only
Swimwear items are not eligible for refunds and may only qualify for store credit.
To be accepted:
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- All tags and hygiene liners must remain intact
For hygiene reasons, swimwear should be tried on over undergarments. Items that show any signs of wear, damage, or contamination will not be accepted.
Discount Codes
Discount codes are only applicable to items sold at regular price and cannot be combined with promotional or sale items.
How to Start a Return

Returns that are not properly registered through the system may not qualify for processing.
Orders placed separately must also be returned separately and cannot be combined into a single return.
Final Sale Items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products included in sale collections
- Items purchased during promotional events with significant discounts
Order Responsibility
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped.
Customers are encouraged to use available shipping protection options at checkout. If such protection is not selected, responsibility for delivery issues remains with the customer.

International Orders
For international purchases, any applicable duties, taxes, or import-related charges are the responsibility of the customer.
At this time, international returns may be limited or unavailable depending on current conditions.
Chargeback Policy
